"Feeling Glad all over..."
Crystal Palace F.C (Women) (formally known as Crystal Palace Ladies F.C) Have been in existence since the mid-twentieth Century and in its current guise since 1992; operating a system of youth teams and a flagship adult team.
In the last ten years the club has evolved; intent on an intensive youth development programme to provide a pathway higher end of the elite women’s football. Our project is based on sustainable and a resilient programme with measured outputs focused on the long term growth and development of players at the club; the returns, efforts and success Crystal Palace FC (Women) deserves.
The club is affiliated with Surrey FA and is a 2-star accredited football club.
Our Story
With an FA approved Academy programme for junior talent, supported by a full strength youth development programme the future is bright for the ever-strengthening first team set-up; boasting our flagship FA Women’s Championship squad.
Our sustained inclusion and participation in the Women’s Championship support our drive to further invest in our Youth Development Phase, not only developing footballer but great individuals for the future world. These challenges have been tackled head on and we continue to progress and improve out youth development phase to replicate and give an opportunity to women in the local communities and beyond.
Without a doubt, there is plenty to do and many challenges to face. but as ever, with the support of The Club we love and the best fans in the business, we very much look forwards to everything that comes the way of our future 1st team players.
